She\u00a0<\/span>is able to distil complex and broad-ranging topics into inspirational and educational presentations that spark people into action.<\/strong><\/p>\n Libby is Co-Founder of ReCarbonX Systems, an eco-footprint product tracking system built on blockchain and integrated industrial sensors. She’s also a founding contributor to the Decarbonista<\/a> Project, providing plant-based recipes for community workshops (for busy people looking to reduce their everyday carbon footprint).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n For over a decade, she was Co-Founder and on the board of two Swiss Vereins (non profit orgs):\u00a0The Powerhouse<\/a>\u00a0for Professional Women in Z\u00fcrich and\u00a0The Woolf<\/a>\u00a0literary hub, where she\u00a0<\/span>was Co-Creative Director of\u00a0The Woolf Quarterly<\/a>\u00a0online literary journal (serving the English-language writing community in Switzerland).<\/span><\/p>\n She also co-founded and has led workshops for Z\u00fcrich\u2019s successful\u00a0<\/span>WriteCon<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>annual writing events, which have been running since 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n Libby is a prize-winning writer (short story genre) and her debut novel for young adults,\u00a0<\/span>Charlotte Aimes<\/em>, was longlisted for the\u00a02015\u00a0<\/span>Bath Children\u2019s Novel Award. She has taught screenwriting at university and was co-writer of geo-political thriller novel\u00a0<\/span>The Expansion<\/em>, which was voted Book of the Year in 2107 by massive global forum The Online Bookclub.
